Did you know that about 70% of people say they feel more emotional during the full moon phase? It’s fascinating to think about, isn’t it? There’s actually some science behind why this might happen. Now, here’s where it gets even more intriguing: our bodies are made up of about 60% water. With so much of us being water, it’s no wonder that the moon’s movements might influence how we feel.   4. Grounding Moments: After the ashes cool, take a moment to reconnect with the Earth. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and visualise the bright energy of the full moon filling you with positivity and love.

  • Rose Quartz: This loving stone encourages self-acceptance and compassion. Placing it outside to absorb full moonlight enhances its abilities, helping to foster love and forgiveness.
